Event photos and guest information
We collect photos you upload, optional names and captions, event identifiers, upload information and the version and time of the upload permission given. Event organizers can review, display, remove and export event content. Approved photos may appear on a projector, an event web page or an embedded wall. Photo links can be shared; do not upload anything you intend to remain private.
Requests and service data
When you request a wall, we collect your name, email, event details and notes to respond and arrange the service. Vercel hosts the application and media; Redis stores operational records. We use technical request information and a device cookie to limit abuse.
Moderation
Depending on the event settings, uploads may be displayed immediately, held for organizer review, or analyzed for moderation by Anthropic, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway. Do not upload sensitive records. Moderation cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.
Permissions and children
Only upload photos you have permission to share, including appropriate permission for identifiable people and children. This upload service is intended for adults. Ask the event organizer about event photography practices.
Retention and removal
Event content is retained according to the event arrangement until removed. Removal from the wall is not necessarily deletion of stored files. Contact us and the organizer for deletion of stored copies, supplying the event link and enough information to locate the photo. We cannot erase copies already downloaded or photographed by attendees. Demo uploads are periodically cleared.
Your choices and contact
For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, email samuel.taylor19@gmail.com. Please identify the product and your purchase or account email; do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We do not sell event photos or personal information or use guest uploads in our own marketing without separate permission. We may disclose records to comply with law. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers or vary our practices based on Do Not Track.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Consult it before sharing content at an event.
