Event service and payment
Make & Post provides photo walls for events. Your accepted event order sets the price, dates, included services, storage period and any cancellation or refund arrangements. A request form alone does not charge you or confirm a booking. Ask us to confirm unclear details before paying. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Guest uploads
By uploading, you confirm you have the rights and permissions to share the photo and caption, including appropriate permission for identifiable children. You give us and the event organizer permission to store, process, moderate, display and export that content to provide the event service. You keep ownership. This permission does not authorize unrelated marketing use.
Organizers
Explain event photography and display practices to guests, obtain necessary permissions, choose suitable moderation settings, supervise the wall and respond to removal requests. Keep organizer links and passwords private. Exports must be handled consistently with guest permissions and applicable law.
Content and removal
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit or infringing material, private records, or content without permission. We and organizers may remove content or restrict abusive use. Send a removal or copyright concern with the event link and a description to our contact email.
Availability
Connectivity and third-party services can affect display and upload speed. Automated moderation is imperfect. Tell us promptly about a service failure so we can address it under your event agreement and applicable law.
